We are hiring for an existent vacancy, seeking a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented individual who enjoys writing, organizing information, building marketing campaigns, and supporting programs that engage partners and customers.
The position supports a variety of marketing programs across Canada and works closely with sales, product management, channel partners, distributors, and external vendors. This is a hands-on marketing role that combines content creation, campaign execution, email marketing, partner communications, and marketing operations.
This is a fully on-site position based at TP-Link Canada’s Richmond Hill office. Due to the collaborative and hands-on nature of the role, including campaign execution, event preparation, inventory management, shipment coordination, and interaction with internal teams, candidates should be located within a reasonable commuting distance of the office and able to work on-site regularly.
The successful candidate will also support occasional local events and may be required to travel within the Greater Toronto Area for marketing activities, training sessions, partner events, and industry conferences.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Development & Marketing Materials
· Create marketing content to support partner programs, events, webinars, training sessions, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
· Develop email copy, newsletters, invitations, landing page content, promotional materials, and partner communications.
· Create and update marketing assets including flyers, brochures, event signage, presentations, social media graphics, and partner-facing materials using Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva.
· Assist with the development of sales enablement materials, presentations, case studies, and marketing collateral.
· Coordinate content updates across marketing platforms and communication channels.
· Support content creation for partner programs, training initiatives, certifications, and events
· Ensure all communications align with TP-Link brand guidelines and messaging standards.
Email Marketing & Campaign Execution
· Build, test, schedule, and deploy email campaigns using Mailchimp and other approved marketing platforms.
· Create email templates, graphics, and supporting campaign assets.
· Develop audience lists and segmentation strategies for partner and customer communications.
· Manage event invitations, reminders, confirmations, and post-event communications.
· Support lead nurturing and partner engagement campaigns.
· Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on key metrics including open rates, click-through rates, registrations, and engagement.
· Maintain email marketing best practices related to branding, compliance, and deliverability.
Partner Communications & Program Support
· Serve as a primary point of contact for partner communications related to events, webinars, certifications, training programs, and marketing initiatives.
· Coordinate attendee communications for OCNA, VCSA, workshops, webinars, and partner events.
· Manage registration confirmations, reminders, attendance tracking, and follow-up activities.
· Support ongoing communications with partners regarding upcoming opportunities, promotions, and program updates.
· Assist with maintaining partner-facing resources, documents, and communications materials.
· Support partner engagement initiatives designed to strengthen participation in TP-Link programs.
Lead Management & CRM Administration
· Maintain lead tracking spreadsheets, databases, and reporting tools.
· Consolidate leads generated from events, webinars, certifications, roadshows, workshops, and marketing campaigns.
· Clean, validate, organize, and prepare lead files for CRM upload.
· Support lead reporting, monthly audits, and database management activities.
· Assist with CRM record maintenance and data quality initiatives.
· Coordinate with sales teams to ensure accurate lead routing and reporting.
Digital Marketing Support
· Assist with social media scheduling, publishing, and content coordination.
· Support website and CMS content updates.
· Coordinate webinar promotion activities across email, social media, and partner channels.
· Monitor marketing inboxes and respond to inquiries as required.
· Assist with marketing calendar management and campaign coordination.
· Support the creation and maintenance of digital marketing assets across multiple channels.
Reporting & Administrative Support
· Track campaign metrics, registrations, attendance, certifications, and engagement results.
· Prepare recurring marketing reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
· Maintain organized digital assets, marketing files, and shared folders.
· Support invoice processing, purchase requests, and marketing documentation.
· Assist with event logistics, shipping coordination, inventory management, and event preparation activities.
· Support special projects and ongoing marketing initiatives as required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field is considered an asset.
· 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, campaign execution, email marketing, content creation, or a related role.
· Experience building and deploying email campaigns using Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms.
· Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
· Experience creating marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, email templates, presentations, social media graphics, and event collateral.
· Familiarity with Canva and Microsoft PowerPoint for creating marketing and presentation materials.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
· Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing databases, and lead management processes is considered an asset.
· Strong written communication, editing, and proofreading skills.
