Forged Drilling is a leader in innovative drilling solutions across North America, with a strong commitment to service excellence and client relationships. We are recruiting for a Vice President of Sales – Canada to lead and develop the Canadian sales and business development team.
This senior commercial leadership role will be responsible for driving practical revenue growth, protecting margin, strengthening client relationships, and building a disciplined sales operating rhythm across the Canadian business.
The role will report to the Corporate Development Officer and will manage the Canadian business development team, including sales representatives, proposal coordination, and business development systems/intelligence roles.
This position will be responsible for the day-to-day sales leadership, commercial oversight, and business development management. The successful candidate will lead people, manage priorities, support major proposals, stay close to clients, and work with operations to ensure Forged is winning the right work at the right margin.
This is not intended to be a pure “salesperson” role. It is a sales leadership role in a technical, equipment-based service business. The right candidate must understand that good sales means winning profitable, executable work with clear scope, realistic expectations, and strong operational alignment.
Direct drilling experience is preferred but not required. Leadership ability, commercial discipline, customer orientation, self-motivation, and the ability to manage people and process are more important. Technical knowledge and estimating can be developed with the support of the team.
If this sounds like you, we’d love to see you apply!
