Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Offset Ryobi Press Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role involves operating and maintaining offset printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments, and familiarity with packaging and machining processes.

Responsibilities

Operate Offset Ryobi printing presses with precision, ensuring consistent quality throughout production runs
Perform routine setup, calibration, and adjustments to optimize print output
Monitor press operation, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and perform minor repairs as needed
Conduct quality checks on printed materials to verify color accuracy, registration, and overall print quality
Maintain a clean and organized work area to comply with safety standards
Assist with material handling, including loading raw materials and packaging finished products
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency
Document production data accurately for quality control and reporting purposes

Experience

Prior experience operating offset printing presses, specifically Ryobi models, is preferred
Strong mechanical knowledge related to press operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
Experience in manufacturing environments with exposure to packaging, machining, or warehouse operations is advantageous
Demonstrated ability to work in production settings while maintaining attention to detail
Basic understanding of safety protocols related to manufacturing equipment and processes

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
