Position Overview:
Join us as we utilize cutting-edge therapies, including world-leading spinal decompression and laser therapy modalities, to support our patients’ recovery journeys. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Doctor, gain expertise in the most advanced technologies, and play a hands-on role in helping patients achieve their health goals. Comprehensive training provided—no prior experience with spinal decompression or laser therapy is required!
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate high-tech decompression machines and administer advanced laser therapy, ensuring a warm, supportive experience for each patient.
- Assist patients with therapeutic stretches and exercises to promote healing.
- Support the front desk team with calls, scheduling, and patient inquiries.
- Maintain organized, welcoming treatment areas.
- Light Daily housekeeping
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills are essential as you’ll interact with patients and staff daily.
- Basic Familiarity with Medical Terminology: While not required, some knowledge of basic medical terms will help in supporting patients’ treatment needs.
- Confident Problem-Solving Abilities: Able to think on your feet and handle inquiries or challenges calmly and efficiently.
- Enjoyment of a Fast-Paced Environment: Thrive in a dynamic setting where good time management skills are essential to support patient care effectively.
- A background in Physiotherapy Assistance or a related field.
- Experience in a chiropractic, physiotherapy, or medical clinic is an asset but not required.
