Company: Code Ninjas Westshore
Location: Langford / Victoria, BC (890 Goldstream Avenue)
Job Type: Part-time (September to June), transitioning to Full-time (July & August)
Salary: $21.00–$23.00 per hour + monthly performance bonuses
Start: Paid training for this role begins mid-August 2026
Who We Are
Code Ninjas Westshore is part of Canada’s largest network of youth technology and enrichment centers. Kids ages 5–14 learn logical thinking, problem-solving, and coding by building their own video games in an engaging, inclusive environment. We place an immense value on community, safety, and getting to know every single family on a personal level. We aren't just teaching tech; we are building a supportive space where kids truly feel they belong.
The Vibe & The Role
This role is ideal for an operational leader who thrives on organization, relationship management, and community building. As the General Manager, you are the structural backbone and the welcoming face of our center.
To excel here, you need strong organizational skills to lead a team, exceptional communication habits to foster trust with paying parents, and a commitment to operational excellence.
A Note on Technical Skills: While experience in computer science, coding, or STEM are an asset, it is not a necessity. If you possess a logical mindset and a willingness to learn the foundations of our youth curriculum, we provide comprehensive training. We prioritize leadership capability, communication skills, and operational talent over prior technical expertise.
If you have a background in youth recreation management, boutique fitness/studio operations, education administration, hospitality leadership, or community coordination, you possess the exact transferable skills required to thrive in this role.
