Daily review of timesheets including swipe checking and contract compliance

Daily timesheet entry into internal system

Weekly time entry review in internal system
- Resolve pay issues or errors with site employees, escalate as necessary
- Time entry billing into client system (Track)

Onboarding new employees in client system including site access submissions
- Electronic filing of all admin documents

Processing site reports using Word

Minimum 2+ years of experience in a finance or administrative role, preferably within a field-based or operational environment.

Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, including invoicing, expense management, and cost tracking.

Experience working with Track system is preferred.

Hands-on experience processing timesheets, job costing, and supporting payroll functions.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data reconciliation).

Experience with ERP or accounting systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, JD Edwards, or similar) is an asset.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
