Our St. John’s, NL office is looking for a Software Developer to join our Performance team!

This position will play a key role in driving digital transformation within our APP-Farm using Microsoft technologies. This position will leverage both low-code tools and custom development to build scalable, full-stack solutions, including exploring platforms like Blazor. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, end-to-end software products while continuously expanding your technical expertise.

What will you be doing?

Development and maintenance of full-stack applications using Microsoft's low-code platform and advanced coding platforms like Blazor, contributing to the team's digitalization efforts.
Writing fully custom code applications within the low-code platform to meet specific project requirements.
Supporting the completion of code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency across the team.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project needs and deliver solutions that meet those requirements.
Contributing to the optimization of workflows and productivity through the use of productivity tools and data analytics.
Engaging in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in software development.

We think you should have:

University Degree or Diploma in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Foundational knowledge of software development life cycles, testing methodologies, and quality assurance processes.
Experience in developing digital solutions/applications with a focus on functionality and user experience.
Analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets and apply data analytics in decision-making processes.
A problem-solving mindset with the drive to create solutions that effectively address user needs.
Technical skills in database modeling, APIs, HTML, CSS, SQL, C#, JavaScript, and Liquid, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Some familiarity with Low-Code/No-code platforms, showing an openness to various development environments.
Self-driven and eager to learn, with a creative approach and a passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
