Licensed 306A Plumber – High-Rise Service (GTA) | Immediate Start Available

Licensed 306A Plumber / Journeyperson Plumber required for high-rise residential and commercial service plumbing across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
$40.00 – $48.00 per hour (based on experience)
Immediate start available. Steady year-round service work with established property management accounts.

We specialize in condos, apartment towers, and residential/commercial high-rise service work.

Job Overview

High-rise service plumbing across residential and commercial buildings in the GTA
Maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and emergency service calls
Work in occupied condo and apartment units, mechanical rooms, and building systems
Service-focused role (not construction or rough-in work)

Responsibilities

Respond to dispatched service and emergency plumbing calls
Diagnose and repair plumbing issues in high-rise buildings
Repair and maintain fixtures including toilets, faucets, showers, drains, and stacks
Work independently in occupied residential and commercial properties
Follow Ontario plumbing codes and safety standards
Document all work using company-provided iPad system
Communicate professionally with dispatch, property managers, and building staff

Requirements

Valid 306A Plumbing License (required)
Strong experience in plumbing service work (high-rise preferred)
Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Ability to work independently in fast-paced service environments
Valid Ontario driver’s licence with clean driving record
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable with rotating on-call schedule

Schedule

1 week on-call every 4–5 weeks
Emergency service outside regular hours as required
All after-hours service calls are compensated at applicable overtime rates in accordance with Ontario labour standards
Steady year-round workload (no construction shutdown cycles)
