About the Role

Probationary Rate: $24.02

Hourly Rate: $30.03

This culinary position requires good communication skills as well as at least two years of previous line and fine dining experience. A culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred. Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills including preparation of soups, sauces, stocks, frying, broiling. This person may be required to give direction in the supervisor’s absence.

Qualifications

Fine dining experience highly preferred

3 years of full service restaurant cooking experience

Requires good communication skills

Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred

Able to work multiple stations in the kitchen

Requires moderate supervision and training

All Candidates must be in possession of identification proving authorization to work in Canada. This Position does not offer sponsorship of Work Visas. Resumes submitted that cannot fulfill these requirements will not be considered.
