About Anamorphiq
Anamorphiq offers strategic communications and creative services to clients across sectors including health and wellness, eyecare, professional services, associations, real estate, food and beverage, manufacturing, and other specialized industries.
We are looking for a proven social media and digital content professional who can create content that directly supports a client’s business goals, understands how audiences behave on different platforms, and how to turn strategy into strong, consistent execution.
About the Role
The Social Media & Digital Content Specialist will create, publish, and support content across social media, digital advertising, email, blogs, websites, and other digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on content creation experience, strong English writing skills, good design instincts, and the ability to think strategically about why content is being created.
You will work with account leads and strategists to plan and execute content that supports client goals. You will be expected to draw insights from data, bring ideas forward, ask smart questions, understand the audience, and make recommendations to maximize engagement and campaign performance.
We are an agile team – this is not a narrow production role. We need someone who is comfortable moving between content planning, writing, design, scheduling, publishing, reporting and day-to-day client support.
Applicants are encouraged to include a portfolio or examples of social media content, digital campaigns, writing samples, Reels/TikToks, graphics, ads, or other relevant work.
Responsibilities
- Develop and produce social media content for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and other channels.
- Create graphics, short-form videos, captions, hashtags, calls to action, and other content assets that are tailored to each platform.
- Support the planning and maintenance of content calendars in collaboration with account leads and strategic leads.
- Translate client goals, campaign strategies, and audience insights into practical content ideas.
- Create and adapt content for social media, email, blogs, websites, digital ads, and other digital marketing channels
- Schedule, publish, and monitor content across client platforms.
- Set up, publish, and support social media advertising campaigns, including Meta campaigns.
- Monitor content and campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve results.
- Research content trends, audience behaviour, competitor activity, and platform changes.
- Actively identify opportunities to build engagement with relevant online communities.
- Copywriting for social media, email, blogs, websites, and campaign materials.
- Maintain brand consistency and follow client brand guidelines.
- Use AI tools thoughtfully to support content development, research, ideation, and workflow efficiency.
- Contribute to a culture of learning, creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in social media content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Agency or freelance experience mandatory.
- A portfolio showing social media content, digital ads, short-form video, graphics, captions, campaign work, or other relevant examples that tie back to a client brand and support strategic goals.
- Strong writing skills, including the ability to write clear captions, headlines, calls to action, short-form copy, and audience-specific messaging that aligns with platform best practices.
- Exceptional visual content skills, including Canva and basic design best practices.
- Experience creating short-form video content for Reels, TikTok, and other social platforms.
- Experience using social media management and publishing tools.
- Experience using Meta Business Suite and paid social campaign publishing.
- A practical understanding of how content supports marketing goals, audience engagement, brand awareness, lead generation, and client growth.
- Ability to review performance data and recommend content improvements.
- Ability to manage deadlines.
