- Full-time direct-hire employment with U.S. hospitals
- Competitive RN salaries ranging from approximately $36 to $71 USD per hour
- Equivalent to approximately $49 to $96 CAD per hour, depending on location and experience
- Sign-on bonuses up to $30,000 USD available with select employers
- Relocation assistance offered by many hospitals

- Canadian Citizen
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Active RN registration in Canada
- NCLEX-RN completed or eligible to obtain U.S. licensure

- Willingness to relocate to the United States
