Line Cook at St. Louis Bar & Grill

Location: 1831 Walkers Line, Burlington North, ON

In this exciting role, you will execute on our St. Louis Extraordinary Hospitality to create the ultimate guest experience by preparing all orders correctly, efficiently, and timely.

What You’ll Do:

As a Line Cook/Supervisor at St. Louis Bar & Grill you will play a key role in maintaining spec towards our menu, create a daily prep list for the Back of House team, Ensures use of proper food handling techniques and perform opening duties before hours of operation.

You Bring:

· The ability to follow recipes and presentation specifications.

· Extensive cooking methods/procedures and knife handling skills.

· Accuracy, speed, and attention to detail to all tasks and duties.

· A calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment.

· Organizational skills and the ability to self-motivate.

· The ability to stand, bend, stretch, and lift and carry heavy material.

In This Role, You Will:

· Ensure product quality and freshness of ingredients.

· Ensure a well-stocked workstation and meet prep times to ensure a smooth working shift.

· Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation area, including kitchen equipment, tables, and shelves.

· Comply with applicable sanitary, health, and personal hygiene standards.

· Receive and put away GFS orders.

· Perform additional tasks as assigned.
