Position Details
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Pay: $20.00–$22.00 per hour + tips
Location: Stouffville, ON
Responsibilities
- Perform men's and women's haircuts and styling services
- Provide beard trims, grooming services, and shaves
- Hair colouring and highlights are considered an asset
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable styles
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation
- Follow sanitation and hygiene standards
- Build strong client relationships through excellent customer service
- Stay current with industry trends and techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional barbering or hairstyling experience
- Strong cutting and styling skills
- Experience with fades, tapers, and classic barbering techniques
- Colour experience is an asset
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working with men, women, and children
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
- Straight razor experience preferred
