THE GOAL
To deliver best-in-class technical solutions across a broad array of clients in different industries utilizing the tech stack best suited to solving the problem with a focus on delivering business value for our clients.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop and implement application based technical solutions using a variety of tools, platforms, and methodologies.
- Provide expert-level proficiency in multiple tech stacks.
- Make practical decisions focused on solving problems and delivering business value.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and leadership to your development team.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary client services team and manage your time across multiple projects in a results-driven environment.
- React to shifting priorities in a productive manner with a client services focus.
THE REQUIREMENTS
- 7+ years of industry experience building large scale technical solutions.
- Deep understanding of solution design using the best tools for the job, including architecture, system design, data analysis and management, and cloud platforms.
- Proven track record of delivering code that is secure, scales, and performs in an enterprise environment.
- Familiarity and experience utilizing AI tools to deliver efficient and streamlined deliverables.
- Comfort working directly with client stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technical leaders.
- Experience working in a consulting services environment.
- Collaborative team player, with strong communication skills.
- An ability to be in an office environment in Calgary as required.
