【Core Mission: Quota is the Lifeline】
1 Direct Access: Bypass intermediaries. Utilize your personal relationships to directly interface with sales decision-makers at major processing plants to get Henja onto their core allocation lists.
2 Leveraging Assets: Initiate a real RFQ within 30 days of engagement and lock in the first spot-goods order within 45 days.
3 Supply Maneuvering: In a tight global supply chain, utilize informal channels or secondary reserve swaps to ensure "priority sourcing rights" for the company.
4 Cost Leadership: Leverage a deep understanding of plant cost structures to negotiate F.O.B/C.I.F prices better than the market average.
【Qualifications: Your Chips】
Background Requirement: Must have previously worked, or currently be employed, at renowned North American meat giants/tier-1 Packers (e.g., JBS, Cargill, Tyson, Smithfield, Harmony, HyLife, etc.), possessing deep-rooted internal connections and direct access to sales decision-makers.
Industry Experience: 10+ years of direct, hands-on experience in the North American red meat (beef/pork) industry. (Currently employed professionals are welcome, provided your resources are real and effective).
Proven Track Record: Ability to prove personal leadership in cross-border meat transactions of no less than 50 containers in a recent cycle.
Resource Map: Your contact list must include the personal phone numbers of at least 5 Sales Directors at top-tier packing plants, and they must be reachable at any time.
Survival Instinct: Extreme stress resistance and the ability to find supply gaps in a highly restricted "seller's market."
Language & Logic: Native-level English negotiation skills. Proficiency in Chinese to understand headquarters' strategic intent is preferred.
【What We Offer】
1 Aggressive Incentive Structure: A guaranteed base pay of $110,000 - $130,000/year (flexible structures based on your engagement type) + a highly competitive first-order breakthrough bonus + industry-ceiling profit-sharing (calculated per container/per ton, uncapped).
2 Absolute Autonomy & Freedom: We do not care about your clock-in hours or processes. You are free to hold other employment; we only care about the contracts and quotas you deliver. For active industry professionals, we provide airtight privacy protection and secure payout channels.
3 Financial Backing: The company has robust cash flow. As long as you can secure the product, we have the immediate funds to take it down—we will never let your valuable resources go to waste.
