As we continue to expand and evolve, we are seeking a Marketing & Brand Manager to help strengthen our brand, enhance patient engagement, and support the continued growth of our organization. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the public image of a growing healthcare organization while developing meaningful marketing initiatives that promote health awareness, patient education, and service awareness across multiple clinic locations.
Position Overview
The Marketing & Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining a consistent brand image across all Canadian Diagnostic Network locations while leading marketing initiatives that support organizational growth, patient engagement, health education, and service awareness. This role will focus heavily on clinic branding, patient-facing communications, promotional campaigns, healthcare awareness initiatives, and ensuring a cohesive patient experience throughout the organization. The successful candidate will work closely with leadership and clinic teams to develop marketing strategies, coordinate promotional initiatives, and maintain a professional, recognizable, and consistent CDN brand across all locations. A key component of this role will be the planning and execution of healthcare awareness campaigns, educational initiatives, and promotional programs that enhance patient understanding of important health issues while strengthening CDN's reputation as a trusted healthcare provider. The successful candidate will play a hands-on role in both the development and implementation of marketing initiatives, ensuring campaigns, promotional activities, and brand standards are effectively executed across all Canadian Diagnostic Network locations.
Brand Management & Clinic Image
- Maintain and strengthen the Canadian Diagnostic Network brand across all clinic locations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain branding standards for signage, marketing materials, patient-facing communications, promotional displays, and clinic environments.
- Lead the execution of brand initiatives across all locations to ensure a consistent and professional patient experience.
- Coordinate and implement improvements to clinic environments, patient-facing materials, and promotional displays that enhance brand consistency and patient engagement.
- Evaluate clinic spaces and identify opportunities to improve presentation, patient experience, and brand visibility.
- Work closely with leadership and clinic teams to ensure new locations, renovations, and service expansions align with organizational branding standards.
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Development
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals and growth initiatives.
- Lead the planning, implementation, and ongoing management of marketing campaigns that promote clinic services, new programs, organizational initiatives, and patient engagement.
- Create campaign plans, coordinate required resources, and oversee campaign execution from concept through completion.
- Collaborate with leadership on growth initiatives, service launches, expansion projects, and organizational priorities.
- Identify opportunities to increase awareness and utilization of CDN services through both strategic planning and hands-on implementation.
- Monitor industry trends and recommend innovative marketing opportunities.
- Assist leadership in establishing annual marketing priorities and campaign objectives.
Health Awareness & Educational Campaigns
- Plan, develop, coordinate, and implement annual health awareness campaigns across all clinic locations.
- Lead initiatives related to recognized healthcare awareness months and events, including breast health awareness, osteoporosis awareness, diabetes awareness, heart health awareness, and other relevant healthcare topics.
- Coordinate and implement organizational participation in Medical Radiation Technologist (MRT) Week and other healthcare awareness initiatives.
- Collaborate with clinical and leadership teams to ensure campaign messaging is accurate, relevant, and aligned with organizational objectives.
- Develop educational materials, promotional displays, patient resources, and communication strategies that support awareness campaigns.
- Work directly with clinic teams to ensure campaigns are effectively executed and consistently presented across all locations.
Marketing Communications
- Coordinate the development of brochures, newsletters, presentations, signage, educational materials, promotional resources, and other marketing collateral.
- Ensure all communications align with organizational branding and strategic objectives.
- Assist with public relations initiatives and organizational communications.
- Coordinate social media campaigns and digital communications that support broader marketing initiatives and awareness campaigns.
- Maintain consistency in messaging across all communication channels.
Organizational Marketing Support
- Lead marketing initiatives related to clinic openings, renovations, service launches, and organizational projects.
- Develop and implement marketing resources that promote clinic services and enhance patient awareness.
- Coordinate marketing activities across multiple clinic locations to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
- Support the successful rollout of new services, programs, and organizational initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with operational and clinical teams to execute marketing initiatives and organizational priorities.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve patient engagement and awareness of available services.
Campaign Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
- Assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and awareness campaigns.
- Gather feedback from clinic teams, patients, and leadership to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Recommend enhancements to future campaigns, promotional initiatives, and patient engagement activities.
- Support ongoing efforts to strengthen the CDN brand and patient experience across all locations.
Qualifications
Required
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, Health Sciences, Medical Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, branding, communications, campaign management, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of brand development, marketing principles, and campaign implementation.
- Experience coordinating and implementing marketing initiatives from concept through completion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common marketing platforms.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally within Ontario as required.
Preferred
- Experience in healthcare, medical services, or another regulated industry.
- Experience managing marketing campaigns across multiple locations.
- Experience with patient education, health awareness initiatives, or public awareness campaigns.
- Graphic design, content creation, photography, videography, or marketing communications experience.
- Experience supporting organizational growth, expansion initiatives, or multi-site operations.

Pay: $51,470.32-$85,000.00 per year
