HomelyHands Support Services is a premier, fully licensed home care agency in Calgary. We are approved by Alberta Blue Cross to offer direct billing under the government-funded Client Directed Home Care Invoicing (CDHCI) program. We provide vital in-home personal care, homemaking, and respite services that help seniors live comfortably and independently.

We are looking for motivated Marketing Representatives / Brand Ambassadors to spread the word in the community and connect families with our $0 out-of-pocket government-funded care programs.

Highly Rewarding Commission & Bonus Structure:

We value your hustle and believe in rewarding steady performance. Our commission structure is simple, direct, and paid out weekly:

Base Commission: Earn $200 for every single qualified client you bring into our care program.
The Big 5 Milestone Bonus: Every time you hit a milestone of 5 clients, you unlock an extra $500 cash bonus on top of your regular commissions!
Example: Bring in 5 clients in a month? You make $1,000 in base commission ($200 x 5) + your $500 bonus = $1,500 total payout!
100% Uncapped: There is no limit on how many bonuses you can unlock.

Requirements:

A compassionate, empathetic heart for seniors, families, and healthcare.
Self-motivated, independent mindset (no one will be micromanaging your day).
Strong connections within local Calgary communities, cultural organizations, or specific language networks is a major asset.
Prior experience in field marketing, direct sales, promo work, or community relations is preferred, but a great attitude and strong work ethic win every time.
