Now Hiring: Traffic Control Person (TCP) & Lane Control Technician (LCT) – Lower Mainland (Greater Vancouver Area)

Traffic Pro Services is urgently hiring Traffic Control Persons (TCPs) and Lane Control Technicians (LCTs) in the Lower Mainland (Greater Vancouver Area). Competitive Pay Rates

TCP (new ticket holders): starting at $20.68/hr
Experienced TCP: starting at $22.25/hr
LCT: starting at $27.00/hr, increasing to $29.64+/hr after probation (based on performance)

Rates do not include vacation pay or statutory pay. No hidden deductions.

MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS

Valid driver’s licence
Reliable personal vehicle (required for TCP positions)
Ability to use a cell phone for communication, scheduling, and site coordination
Availability Monday to Friday, with one weekend day per month
Strong communication skills and professional attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and reliability

LCT Additional Requirements

Ability to read and interpret Traffic Management Plans (TMPs)
Leadership on-site and ability to support TCP crews
