Description
The Integrated Site Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing master execution schedules for the Maintenance Planning group. This role acts as the central hub for operational readiness, integrating distinct schedules from maintenance, operations, and support work centers into a unified, high-functioning draft and final site schedule.
The successful candidate will work closely with Maintenance Planners, Operations Leaders, and Area Owners to identify critical paths, mitigate schedule conflicts, perform scenario planning, and drive site schedule compliance to maximize asset reliability and operational efficiency.

Schedule Development & Integration

Master Scheduling: Gather, integrate, and synthesize complex work plans from various maintenance disciplines, contractors, and support services into a comprehensive master site schedule.

Conflict Resolution & Optimization: Analyze schedules to identify resource constraints, logic conflicts, or parallel work friction, proactively collaborating with area owners to optimize execution windows.

Critical Path Analysis: Determine and monitor the critical path(s) for routine maintenance, minor outages, and operational windows to minimize equipment downtime.

Scenario Planning: Perform "what-if" risk assessments and scenario planning to model the operational impact of scope changes, material delays, or emergent work.

Facilitation & Collaboration

Meeting Chair: Lead key routine scheduling forums, including daily/weekly Notification Reviews and Schedule Compliance meetings, ensuring accountability and alignment across teams.

Active Participation: Attend and actively contribute to broader Integrated Site Scheduling meetings, cross-functional operational updates, and safety alignment briefings.

Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key liaison between Maintenance Planning, Operations, Logistics, and Execution teams to ensure transparency regarding schedule expectations and milestones.

Reporting & Governance

Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including schedule compliance, backlog health, and resource utilization.

Ensure all scheduling activities align with ’s stringent safety, environmental, and quality management systems.
Requirements
-
4 to 10+ years of dedicated scheduling and planning experience within a medium-to-large heavy industrial project or complex operational environment (e.g., mining, nuclear, oil & gas, or utilities).

Advanced, expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Prometheus scheduling software is required.

Hands-on experience navigating and managing data within SAP (specifically PM/MM modules) for tracking work orders, notifications, and resource allocations.

Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Teams, SharePoint).

Proven ability to drive accountability, facilitate alignment among competing priorities, and lead cross-functional meetings without direct authority.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical schedules into clear, actionable operational plans.

Highly analytical mindset with a knack for solving spatial, resource, and logistical puzzles under tight timelines.

Education and certifications
-
Post-secondary education in Engineering, Operations Management, or a relevant technical trade background is considered a strong asset.
