Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Machinist/programmer Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role involves operating various machines and knowledge of light machining work, drilling, measuring, boring. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude, familiarity with CNC equipment, and experience in manufacturing environments.

Duties

Main skillset is to setup and run cnc machines both mill and lathe, write or change mastercam programs. Strong experience needed
Be able to setup and run Mastercam programs on the aftenoon shift
Use hand tools, calipers, and other measuring instruments to inspect parts for accuracy and quality control.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to assemble components accurately.
Operate forklifts safely
Set up, adjust, and maintain machinery including CNC programming tasks; assist with machine changeovers and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Fanuc controllers, PLC systems, SolidWorks, CAD software, and blueprint reading is highly desirable.
Mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing processes including machining
position is integral to our manufacturing operations and requires a dedicated individual committed to precision craftsmanship and safety excellence.

Pay: $22.00-$29.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
