Nous recherchons un machiniste CNC expérimenté possédant des compétences en programmation pour rejoindre notre équipe de jour. Ce poste est idéal pour une personne capable de configurer, programmer et opérer des tours et des fraiseuses CNC de manière autonome, tout en maintenant des normes élevées de qualité et d'efficacité. Nous sommes un petit atelier innovant, à la pointe de la technologie et progressiste, qui a besoin d'un machiniste familier avec la programmation et les configurations conventionnelles et CNC sur tours et fraiseuses. Nous recherchons un joueur d'équipe qui aspire à une croissance personnelle et technique, et qui est prêt à partager, apprendre et mettre à profit ses connaissances actuelles. Quatre-vingt pour cent de notre travail est de faible volume, hautement esthétique et tient dans la paume de la main.

Responsabilités clés

Programmer, configurer et opérer des tours et des fraiseuses CNC.
Modifier et optimiser les programmes existants directement sur la machine.
Interpréter les dessins techniques, le GD&T (tolérancement géométrique) et les tolérances.
Sélectionner l'outillage, régler les décalages (offsets) et déterminer les paramètres de coupe.
Effectuer les inspections de première pièce et les contrôles de qualité en cours de production.
Dépanner les problèmes liés à l'usinage, à l'outillage et aux programmes.
Maintenir des pratiques de travail sécuritaires et un poste de travail organisé.

Expérience et compétences requises

Plus de 3 ans d'expérience en usinage CNC.
Expérience avérée en programmation CNC (à la machine ou hors ligne).
Expérience sur tour et sur fraiseuse.
Fortes compétences en lecture de plans et en métrologie.
À l'aise avec le respect de tolérances serrées et la gestion de projets de manière autonome.
Fiable, soucieux du détail et axé sur la production.
L'expérience avec les commandes de type Mazak, Mastercam ou un logiciel CAM similaire est considérée comme un atout, mais n'est pas obligatoire.
La connaissance de l'usinage conventionnel est un atout.

Rémunération et horaire

26 $à 30$ l'heure, selon l'expérience et les capacités globales.
Temps plein, quart de jour. Heures : 8h00 – 16h00.
Heures supplémentaires disponibles selon les besoins.
Progression salariale liée au niveau de compétence, à la complexité du travail et à la performance.

We are looking for an experienced CNC machinist with programming ability to join our day-shift team. This position is ideal for someone who can set up, program, and run CNC lathes and mills independently, while maintaining high standards for quality and efficiency. We're an innovative, technologically advanced & progressive small shop that needs a machinist familiar with conventional and CNC programming and setups on lathes, and milling machines. We need a team player that is looking for personal and technical growth, and is willing to share, learn, and build on what they already know. Eighty percent of our work is low volume, highly aesthetic, and fits in the palm of your hand.

Key Responsibilities

Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes and mills.
Modify and optimize existing programs at the machine.
Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and tolerances.
Select tooling, set offsets, and determine cutting parameters.
Perform first-article inspections and in-process quality checks.
Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and program-related issues.
Maintain safe work practices and an organized workstation.

Required Experience & Skills

3+ years of CNC machining experience.
Proven experience with CNC programming (at the machine or offline).
Experience on both lathe and mill.
Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills.
Comfortable holding tight tolerances and running jobs independently.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and production-focused.
Experience with Mazak based controls, Mastercam, or similar CAM software is considered an asset but not mandatory.
Conventional machining knowledge is an asset.

Pay & Schedule

$26–30 per hour, based on experience and overall capability.
Full-time, day shift. Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Overtime available as required.
Wage progression tied to skill level, complexity of work, and performance.
