Full job description

Our client is seeking a professional, customer-focused Operations Manager to support the day-to-day operations of its growing commercial cleaning business. This role is focused on account retention, customer satisfaction, Franchise Owner support, inspections, account start-ups, issue resolution, and ongoing operational follow-up.

The Operations Manager will act as a key liaison between customers, Franchise Owners, the Sales team, office staff, and the President and Director of Operations. The successful candidate will conduct regular site inspections and proactive customer visits, support new account transitions and start-ups, respond to customer and Franchise Owner concerns, assist with Franchise Owner training and development, and help ensure service standards are consistently maintained.

This is a hands-on role that requires strong communication, organization, follow-up, and problem-solving skills. The Operations Manager will also identify special service, supply, referral, and lead generation opportunities while attending customer sites, and will maintain accurate account, inspection, complaint, and follow-up information in Company systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience in operations, administration, customer service, account management, sales, or a related field. Experience in commercial cleaning, facility services, franchising, property services, or another service-based industry is considered an asset. A valid driver’s licence, access to a reliable vehicle, and the ability to travel regularly to customer sites are required.

Compensation Details:

This position offers a competitive base salary, plus commission based on eligible sales, special service, supply, referral, or account growth activity. A car allowance will also be provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
