Job Description

Basin Glacial Waters is a brand new, highly anticipated Wellness Facility that will offer guests a truly luxurious experience. As part of our Facility team you will have the opportunity to interact with patrons while providing a once in a lifetime experience while also adhering to specific standards and supporting the overall success of the department.

Position Type: Permanent
Start Date: June 2026
Pay Rate: $20.86/Hour

Job Duties Include:

Reporting to the Facility Supervisor, responsibilities and essential job function include but are not limited to the following:

Responsible for maintaining the Basin premises; clean, replenish stock of all amenities, toiletries and linens and answer any guest inquiries
Support in dispensing robes, towels and sandals to guests
Ensuring that all public areas of the facility are clean and reflect a luxury experience for our guests
Support the Lounge Servers in clearing
Maintain locker rooms in a tidy manner, check and clean lockers when needed
Direct members/guests to appointments and assist them with use of sauna, steam whirlpool etc.
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience an asset
Demonstrates initiative, and the ability to work with minimal supervision
Have excellent interpersonal/communication skills, are polite and friendly
Are dedicated to a high level of customer service and attention to detail
Must be able to lift, carry and pull over 30+ lbs and able to constantly stand and walk throughout shift. Motions include: standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, squatting, climbing up and down the stairs.

Visa Requirements: Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
