Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Pizza Maker who takes pride in their work, values discipline, and is ready to commit fully to the team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who:

Can work 5 days per week (10:30AM -5:30 PM mostly)
Is ready to provide full availability on scheduled days
Understands that reliability is critical (no last-minute days off)
Thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment

We are looking for someone serious about growth, standards, and long-term commitment.

Key Responsibilities Pizza & Kitchen Standards

Prepare and stretch dough to company standards
Assemble and cook pizzas with accuracy, speed, and consistency
Prep vegetables, sauces, wings, and side items daily
Maintain strict portion control to minimize food waste
Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are followed at all times
Keep workstation clean, organized, and efficient during rush hours
Deliver consistent quality — every pizza, every shift

Operational Discipline & Standards

Be punctual and prepared for every shift
Maintain focus and urgency during peak hours
Follow company systems and processes without shortcuts
Support team members to ensure smooth kitchen flow
Uphold high presentation and product quality standards

Social Media & Brand Support (Not Required but good to have)

Assist in capturing high-quality photos/videos of pizzas and kitchen moments
Support posting engaging content at least 3 times per week
Help maintain a positive and energetic brand image online
Represent Tito’s Pizza professionally both in-store and digitally

Requirements

Must have reliable transportation (own vehicle)
Must commit to 5 working days per week
Strong discipline and work ethic — no frequent time-off requests
Ability to handle high-volume rush periods
Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
Positive attitude and team-player mindset
Basic social media understanding (Instagram/Facebook content awareness is an asset)
Previous pizza or kitchen experience is an asset but not mandatory (training provided for the right candidate)
