Overview
Join our dynamic culinary team as a Chef De Partie, where your expertise will elevate the dining experience through exceptional food preparation, leadership, and kitchen management. Duties

Lead and supervise a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring all food preparation meets quality standards and presentation expectations
Manage daily food production activities, including cooking, plating, and ensuring timely service for both restaurant and catering events
Oversee inventory control and food handling procedures to minimize waste and ensure freshness and safety compliance
Collaborate with team members to plan menus, develop new dishes, and adapt recipes to dietary requirements or special requests
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in accordance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards
Assist in training junior kitchen staff, fostering a team-oriented environment focused on continuous improvement
Support shift management by coordinating with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery during busy periods

Requirements

Proven experience in fine dining establishments or catering environments with a strong background in food production and kitchen management
Demonstrated supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse culinary team
Extensive knowledge of food safety standards, dietary accommodations, and inventory management practices
Skilled in food preparation techniques across various cuisines, with an emphasis on presentation and quality control
Experience in menu planning, shift management, and catering operations within the food industry
Strong leadership qualities combined with excellent communication skills to effectively manage staff and collaborate across departments
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and high standards of service excellence
