Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Liquor Store Sales Associates to join our team in a dynamic retail environment. This full-time or part-time position offers an opportunity to engage with customers, promote products, and ensure a positive shopping experience. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, a passion for retail sales, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. Bilingual abilities and familiarity with retail technology are highly valued to better serve our diverse customer base.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping experience
Assist customers in selecting products, offering recommendations, and upselling when appropriate
Operate POS systems accurately for cash handling, transactions, and product scanning
Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customers and promote featured products
Conduct product demos and educate customers about different liquor brands and offerings
Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure the store remains clean and inviting
Handle cashier duties including processing payments via cash, credit/debit cards, and maintaining accurate cash registers
Follow all legal regulations regarding alcohol sales, including verifying identification for age restrictions
Engage in effective communication with team members to ensure smooth store operations
Uphold store policies on phone etiquette, time management, and organizational standards
Must have Pro serve competed
21 + of age
Active Drivers license

Skills

Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse clientele
Experience in retail sales or customer service environments preferred
Knowledge of POS systems, cashiering procedures, and basic math for transactions Skip/uber orders
Ability to perform product demos and upsell effectively to maximize sales opportunities
Organizational skills to manage merchandising displays and inventory levels efficiently
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours
Professional phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone or in person
Ability to handle cash handling responsibilities accurately and responsibly
Familiarity with merchandising techniques and retail technology sales is advantageous
Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
