About the Position
- We are searching for a permanent Senior Treasury Analyst to join our Finance team.
- The starting salary will be determined based on a combination of skills, education, and experience. The salary range is $90,000 – $110,000 per year.

As the Senior Treasury Analyst, you will support the management and reporting of a $500M+ multi-asset class investment portfolio, deliver meaningful financial insights, and help shape strategic decisions through advanced analysis and forecasting. You will work on high-impact initiatives ranging from investment performance reporting and liquidity planning to financial modelling and treasury projects that support organizational growth.

During your first year, you will play an important role in preparing quarterly Board reporting, developing long-term cash flow forecasting models, and supporting treasury and investment initiatives that strengthen the organization's financial position.

The Senior Treasury Analyst supports strategic treasury and investment activities that strengthen PBC's financial performance, liquidity position, and long-term sustainability.
In this role, you will develop robust cash flow, liquidity, and financial forecasting models that enable informed decision-making and support future business planning.
You will analyze investment performance, market trends, and economic conditions to identify opportunities that enhance portfolio returns and support organizational objectives.
The Senior Treasury Analyst contributes to treasury initiatives that mitigate financial risk, including the development of strategies to manage foreign currency exposure and changing market conditions.
You will prepare insightful financial analysis and reporting for senior leadership and Board-level stakeholders, helping translate complex information into actionable recommendations.
In this role, you will evaluate potential investments, assess financial scenarios, and build models that support strategic initiatives and capital allocation decisions.
You will collaborate with Finance, FP&A, Tax, and business leaders to improve financial planning capabilities, drive efficiencies, and support enterprise-wide priorities.
If you have experience as a Senior Treasury Analyst or Investment Analyst, with expertise in investments and capital markets, we want to hear from you. A CFA designation would be considered a strong asset.
Key Experiences You Bring To This Role
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Treasury, Investments, or Corporate Finance within multi‑entity or complex environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and treasury operations.
- Proven experience in investment analysis, portfolio management, and evaluating risk/return tradeoffs (equities, fixed income, private markets, and alternatives).
- Demonstrated ability to exercise independent professional judgment in complex, high‑impact financial decision‑making environments.
- Strong understanding of foreign currency exposure, derivatives, and hedging strategies.
- Professional designation:
- CFA Chartered Financial Analyst (preferred), or CFA Level III Candidate; OR
- CPA Chartered Professional Accountant with significant treasury experience; OR
- CTP Certified Treasury Professional designation may be considered.
- Advanced analytical and financial modelling capabilities, including proficiency in Excel (Power Query, VBA, Macros), SQL, and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Experience with valuation, financial statement analysis, and capital allocation decision‑making.
