Schedule
Full-Time
- Monday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Tuesday: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
- Wednesday – Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
What You'll Do
- Welcome patients with warmth, empathy, and professionalism.
- Create a positive and memorable experience from the first phone call to the final appointment.
- Help patients understand treatment recommendations, insurance coverage, costs, and next steps.
- Coordinate schedules to ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience.
- Verify insurance benefits and process claims accurately.
- Maintain organized and confidential patient records.
- Collaborate closely with the clinical team to support exceptional patient care.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in healthcare administration or patient coordination (dental experience is considered a strong asset).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for helping people.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Dependability, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Commitment to patient confidentiality and creating a welcoming environment.
