Kelseys Is Hiring a Front of House Supervisor for Our South Guelph Location!
Kelseys is Canada's Original Roadhouse, reinvented. The home of burly burgers, two-handed sangrias and wings done eight ways. We're about fresh ingredients prepared in-house, making every journey better and every plate a delicious one.

We are looking for someone that is hard working, reliable, with a flexible schedule looking to be a leader at the Roadhouse!

What you will do in this role:

Lead our team and manage the flow of the resturant
Greet Guests upon entering and exiting the restaurant
Lead our team and manage the flow of the resturant
Provide Guests with an authentic, sociable experience
Adhere to the Health and Safety policies and procedures outlined in the Health and Safety Program
Clean and stage the dining room quickly, paying close attention to detail-
Ensure food and drinks are being delivered to guests in a timely manner and to Kelseys standards.
Check in on guests and ensure that everything is to their standards

What we are looking for:

Valid Smart Serve is required
Excellent communication, social and organizational skills
Ability to build and foster positive relationships
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Dynamic, energetic and confident personality
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
