Full job description

Hiring an Administrative Assistant for the accounting department in North York

Seeking a reliable and professional Administrative Assistant to support office operations, accounting, customer service, and HR functions.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM or 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

Pay: $20- $22/hour based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Answer phones and greet visitors.
Manage emails, filing, scanning, and document organization.
Support AP/AR functions, including processing invoices and checks.
Assist with QuickBooks and ERP systems.
Run occasional bank deposits/checks.
Provide administrative support for logistics, order entry, quoting, and HR tasks.

Requirements:

Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
QuickBooks and ERP experience preferred.
Excellent English communication skills.
Professional, organized, and customer-service oriented.
Reliable transportation and must have own vehicle for occasional bank runs
