Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Project Manager to lead a large-scale, strategic technology transformation initiative within the long-term healthcare sector.
This highly visible project involves integrating and implementing multiple enterprise platforms, including HubSpot, Yardi, Mosino One, and TOSS. It brings together three core applications into a unified ecosystem that will deliver an industry-leading, public-facing digital experience.
Reporting to the PMO and working closely with executive stakeholders, project sponsors, business leaders, vendors, and technical teams, the successful candidate will drive project delivery, ensure alignment across multiple workstreams, and maintain accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality, and stakeholder engagement.
This role requires a strong project leader with proven software experience, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a track record of successfully delivering complex enterprise technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, governance, and successful delivery of a major enterprise software integration initiative.
Oversee the integration of multiple business-critical platforms, including HubSpot, Yardi, Mosino One, and TOSS.
Coordinate the convergence of three core applications into a seamless solution supporting operational, customer-facing, and business objectives.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, resource plans, and governance documentation.
Manage Agile delivery processes, including sprint planning, backlog management, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.
Partner with software development teams, business analysts, architects, vendors, and operational stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
Provide regular status reporting, executive briefings, and project updates to the PMO, project sponsors, and senior leadership.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
Ensure project expenditures remain within approved budget and financial targets.
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, deliverables, and performance expectations.
Facilitate decision-making and issue resolution across multiple stakeholder groups.
Ensure project outcomes align with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and long-term strategic objectives.
Support organizational readiness, change management, user adoption, and transition planning activities.
Required Qualifications
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification required.
Minimum 7+ years of experience leading complex software development and enterprise technology projects.
Proven experience managing large-scale software integrations, platform consolidations, or digital transformation initiatives.
Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and Agile project delivery frameworks.
Experience leading sprint-based development teams and coordinating cross-functional project resources.
Demonstrated success managing project budgets, timelines, resource allocation, and executive stakeholder expectations.
Experience working with third-party software vendors and implementation partners.
Exceptional communication, facilitation, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with HubSpot, Yardi, CRM platforms, ERP platforms, customer experience solutions, or enterprise application integrations.
Experience within healthcare, long-term care, seniors' living, housing, or highly regulated environments.
Scrum Master, Agile, or related project delivery certifications considered an asset.
Experience delivering public-facing digital platforms or customer engagement solutions.

Working Arrangement
This is a 12-month contract position based in Halifax, Nova Scotia. The role requires full-time, on-site presence and close collaboration with project teams, vendors, stakeholders, and executive leadership.
