We are seeking experienced Landscapers to join a well-established company in St. Mary’s, ON (30+ years in business). The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor landscapes through various gardening, construction, and maintenance tasks.
This is NOT an entry-level role — landscaping experience is required.
Location: St. Mary’s, ON (Applicants must have reliable transportation to commute daily)
Job Type: Full-time, Seasonal (great for students)
Pay: $24.00–$28.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 5:00/6:00 PM, Monday–Friday
Job Duties
- Plant trees, shrubs, and garden beds
- Lay sod, grade soil, and prepare sites
- Assist with landscape and hardscape construction
- Install site furnishings (benches, bike racks, etc.)
- Operate landscaping tools and equipment (mowers, trimmers, tractors)
- Load/unload materials and support crew members
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of landscaping or hardscaping experience (required)
- Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in all weather
- Experience with landscaping equipment (asset)
- Valid driver’s license (G) + reliable transportation to St. Mary’s
- Clean driver’s abstract
- High school diploma or equivalent
