Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, attentive care for dogs in boarding and daycare settings.
- Maintain clean, safe, and hygienic kennel areas and outdoor play spaces.
- Feed, and monitor animals according to individualized care routines.
- Observe and record behavioral or health changes, reporting any concerns promptly.
- Assist in structured playgroups, ensuring safety and positive socialization.
- Support clients during drop-off and pick-up with a friendly, professional approach.
- Follow facility safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented workplace culture.

Key Competencies
- Genuine love for dogs and a calm, patient approach to animal handling.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Dependable, punctual, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle active dogs of all sizes.
- Previous animal care experience or training is an asset but not required — we’ll provide support and mentorship to the right person.
