We are looking for a dedicated, empathetic, and technologically-savvy professional to join us as a Product Advisor & Sales Consultant. The Opportunity: Automotive Consulting in a Tech-Forward Environment
As part of the West Coast Auto Group, you will have access to a massive inventory across five premier brands, supported by the most advanced AI tools in the industry. We provide you with the tools to succeed so you can focus on what matters most: the customer experience.
- Consultative Guidance: You will guide guests through their entire vehicle journey, from initial inquiry to final purchase, using a low-pressure, relationship-based approach.
- Digital Retail Mastery: You will leverage our CRM systems to engage with leads 24/7, providing instant, personalized responses that build trust and transparency.
- Unified Dealmaking: You will use our integrated online and in-store desking tools to structure fair, transparent deals alongside your customers, giving them the control and clarity they deserve.
- Product Expertise: You will stay at the forefront of automotive innovation, educating guests on the benefits of Ford’s latest technologies, including our growing hybrid and electric vehicle lineup.
- Community Advocacy: You will represent West Coast Ford at local community events, embodying our core values of honesty and integrity in every interaction.

- Communication Focused: You possess excellent verbal and written skills, allowing you to explain complex features and financing options clearly and concisely.
- Licensing & Legal: You must be 19 years of age or older and possess a valid BC Driver’s License. You either hold a valid VSA Salesperson License or are prepared to obtain one within your first 45 days of employment (we will guide you through this process).
