The Role
We're hiring a Vibe Coder / Developer to rapidly build and iterate on the internal tools that run our business. This is a build-first, ship-fast role centered on AI-assisted ("vibe coding") development. You'll turn ideas into working software internal dashboards, payment-product tooling, and AI agents using the latest and greatest AI coding tools, with the autonomy to experiment and the mandate to move quickly.

What You'll Do
- Design, build, and continuously iterate on our internal online dashboard for payments, operations, analytics, and reporting
- Build tooling around our payment products e-wallet, checkout, payment links, and EFT to support operations, onboarding, and monitoring
- Develop AI agents for marketing, sales outreach, payment operations, support, and internal automation
- Use modern vibe coding tools (e.g. Cursor, Claude Code, and the latest AI dev tooling) to prototype and ship quickly
- Rapidly turn rough ideas, voice notes, and napkin sketches into working, usable products
- Integrate internal tools with our APIs, payment systems, and third-party services
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and compliance to automate manual workflows
- Maintain, debug, and improve existing tools and agents
- Stay on the cutting edge of AI development tooling and bring the best of it into the company
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated ability to build full-stack web apps front-end dashboards plus back-end logic, APIs, and data
- Hands-on experience with AI coding / vibe coding workflows and a portfolio of things you've actually shipped
- Working knowledge of modern web stacks JavaScript/TypeScript, React (or similar), Python, REST APIs, and databases
- Ability to go from prompt to working product fast, and to debug and harden what you build
- Self-directed, resourceful, and comfortable owning projects end to end with minimal hand-holding
- A bias toward shipping you'd rather have a working v1 today than a perfect plan next month
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate non-technical requests into working tools
Nice to Have
- Experience in fintech, payments, or building tools on top of payment APIs
- Experience building or orchestrating AI agents (agent frameworks, tool/function calling, multi-step workflows)
- Familiarity with automation platforms (e.g. n8n, Zapier) and workflow orchestration
- Comfort with cloud hosting, deployment pipelines, and basic DevOps
- Awareness of security and data-handling best practices in a regulated/financial environment

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Calgary, AB
