The position of the developer is to contribute to the full development life cycle, including requirement analysis, functional design, technical design, programming, testing, documentation, implementation, and ongoing technical support.

Collaborate with the development manager, other software developers, business analysts and software architects to plan, design and develop web and desktop applications and services using Microsoft Technologies.

Write concise, efficient, reusable, testable code and Assist in solution architecture and implementation.

Identify opportunities for cost optimization, scalability, and performance improvements.

Integrating existing software products and getting incompatible platforms to work together.

Provide technical leadership through training, coaching and mentorship.

Perform unit, system testing and user acceptance testing.
-
Migrate code to all environments.
-
Package and support deployment of releases to Global/Regional Production Sites.
-
Complete Change Management documentation and adhere to change management processes.
-
Provide 2nd, 3rd level support and coverage for CDP and other software alike.

Interface with Development Manager and project manager for status and progress updates for project works.
-
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time and per quoted work effort.

Responsible for being the system administrator for CDP and other software alike.

Works closely with peer groups in the IT organization to ensure an appropriate level of communication and transfer of knowledge are taking place between their teams.

Provide documentation on IT processes and procedures as well as documentation on programming changes or new code modules.

Work with IT scheduling to manage incoming implementation requests.

Attend regularly scheduled meetings with the Manager to provide updates and the status of the team.

Work Experience:-
5+ years of software development experience an in Windows environment
Skills and Competencies:

Knowledge of one or more object-oriented programming languages is required (C#.Net preferred)

Working knowledge of MS SQL is required (stored procedures, functions, queries)

Excellent understanding of various file formats and software integration

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required

Ability to work well in a team environment is required

Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects is required

Must be able to work against deadlines and outside regular office hours when they arise

Must be willing to travel to our regional offices and global production sites to provide support and coverage
Education:

University degree is a must (computer science or computer engineering)
