About the Opportunity
We are building a specialized team focused on AI-driven workflow transformation and automation across business operations.
Our work involves partnering with organizations to:
- Understand how their teams operate today
- Identify inefficiencies and manual processes
- Design and implement AI-powered systems that improve speed, decision-making, and scalability
We are looking for a senior, hands-on operator who is equally comfortable leading a client discovery session and engineering the prompt logic that powers a production AI workflow.
The Role
This is a hybrid role at the intersection of client consulting, AI engineering, and solution design.
You will work directly in client-facing engagements — leading discovery, building trust, and translating real-world business problems into AI solutions. You will also get your hands dirty: writing and refining the LLM prompts, system instructions, and agentic workflows that make those solutions actually work.
This role is for someone who can hold a boardroom conversation in the morning and ship a working prototype in the afternoon.
What You'll Do1. Lead Client Discovery & Relationship Management
- Own and lead structured discovery sessions with client stakeholders
- Build credibility and rapport with business and operations leads
- Analyze workflows across sales, finance, operations, and internal processes
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities
- Serve as a trusted point of contact throughout the engagement lifecycle
2. Design & Engineer AI Solutions
- Translate business challenges into clear, actionable AI use cases
- Write, test, and iterate on LLM prompts and system instructions — not just describe them, but build them
- Design multi-step agentic workflows and AI-assisted decision systems
- Recommend appropriate platforms, models, and integration patterns
3. Rapid Prototyping
- Build fast, lightweight prototypes to validate concepts with clients
- Use APIs, no-code/low-code platforms, and LLMs to turn ideas into working demos quickly
- Strong bias toward showing, not telling
4. Bridge Business and Technical Teams
- Translate technical outputs into clear business outcomes
- Support implementation planning, documentation, and handoff
- Collaborate with internal delivery teams and external client stakeholders
What We're Looking ForCore Background
- 5+ years in roles such as:
- AI/Solutions Consultant or Architect
- Technical Account Manager or Client Success Lead (with hands-on AI experience)
- Automation Engineer with client-facing responsibilities
- Startup CTO or Technical Co-founder in an AI/SaaS context
- Demonstrated experience managing client relationships — not just internal stakeholders
Prompt Engineering & LLM Proficiency
- Deep, practical experience writing and refining prompts for production use cases
- Familiarity with system prompt design, chain-of-thought techniques, and output formatting
- Experience building agentic workflows or multi-step LLM pipelines
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or comparable models
Technical Capabilities
- APIs and system integrations
- Data flow and process design
- Automation platforms (e.g., Make, Zapier, n8n)
- Comfort working across structured and unstructured data
Client Management & Communication
- Can independently lead discovery workshops and stakeholder sessions
- Builds trust quickly — especially with skeptical or non-technical buyers
- Translates complexity into clarity for executive audiences
- Strong written communication for proposals, documentation, and async client updates
Business & Operational Thinking
- Understands how businesses actually run across functions
- Identifies ROI-driven opportunities, not just technically interesting ones
- Thinks in workflows and outcomes, not isolated features
Nice to Have
- Experience in a consulting or professional services environment
- Exposure to CRM, ERP, or internal operations systems
- Examples of deployed AI workflows (not just POCs)
Engagement Details
- Full-time contract: April 2026 – February 2027
- Remote, North America preferred
- Compensation: TBD based on experience
What Makes This Interesting
- Work on real-world AI transformation problems across diverse industries
- High ownership — you shape the solution, not just implement a spec
- Direct client impact from day one
- A team that builds things, not decks
How to Apply
Please include:
- Summary of relevant experience in client management and AI/automation
- Examples of LLM prompts, agentic workflows, or AI solutions you've designed and built
- Tools and platforms you work with regularly
- Any demos, prototypes, or deployed examples (strongly preferred)
