Summary

We are seeking a highly organized self-starter to join our team as a Receptionist. Our Receptionist is the first point of contact for Paul Davis Edmonton’s clients and visitors. They are the face of our company in those critical initial interactions and are responsible for providing exceptional, professional customer service.

Responsibilities

Answer phone and in-person inquiries from clients and direct the client to the appropriate individual for assistance
Create job files on all programs
Respond to client inquiries and escalations within Paul Davis Edmonton’s expected turnaround time
Provide compassionate support and demonstrate active listening with all clients and remain solution-focused
Fulfill general office duties including booking meetings, distributing mail and other paperwork, and maintaining the tidiness of the front office area
Manage office supply orders
Assist Compliance Coordinators and Project Managers with overflow tasks

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in provision of direct customer service / client assistance
1 to 2 years of direct office / administrative work
Restoration industry experience would be an asset
Exposure and general proficiency with various computer software programs, including Microsoft 365, with aptitude to learn new software with ease
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, meet deadlines, and adapt to a constantly changing work environment, while maintaining strong attention to detail
