As a Developer, you will play an important role in developing and supporting technology solutions that enable PTW's business operations.
Your responsibilities will include:

Develop, customize, and maintain PTW's ERP systems and enterprise applications.

Design and build new features and enhancements that support business operations.

Develop front-end applications using C#, HTML, JavaScript, and Visual Basic.

Design, maintain, and optimize SQL databases and back-end systems.
-
Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications to improve reliability and performance.

Design user interfaces that improve the employee experience.

Test, deploy, and support applications throughout the development lifecycle.

Create technical documentation and provide support to end users.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on enhancements, integrations, and automation initiatives.
We are looking for a developer who enjoys solving problems, learning new technologies, and creating solutions that deliver real business value.
Qualifications include:

35 years of experience in a similar role.
-
Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

Strong programming experience with:

Visual Basic

Experience with MVC architecture.

Experience working with Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server (TFS).

Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL development.

Experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying applications.

Strong communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
The following experience would be considered an asset:

Experience supporting ERP implementations or upgrades.

Knowledge of business systems, financial applications, or operational software.

Experience working in a construction, industrial, or multi-location environment.

Experience with automation and process improvement initiatives.
