Therapists Wanted — Join ShiftGrit Psychology & Counselling (Calgary)

Part-time | 18 hours/week | In-Person | R. Psych, Provisional, CCC or RSW

We don’t just offer therapy. We change the internal systems that drive how people live.
ShiftGrit Psychology & Counselling is expanding in Calgary—and we’re hiring therapists ready to be part of something bigger. Our clinicians are trained in a structured, evidence-aligned method that focuses on reconditioning core patterns—not just coping with symptoms.

We’re looking for Registered Psychologists, Provisional Psychologists, Canadian Certified Counsellors or Psychotherapists who want to do work that creates real, lasting change—backed by the kind of training and support that fuels clinical mastery.

You’ll be trained in the ShiftGrit Core Method, which includes:

Pattern Theory – A framework for understanding the root of behaviours, emotions, and reactions
Reconditioning – A counter-conditioning technique to shift identity-level beliefs

Centralized admin, scheduling, and JaneApp management
Ongoing internal training, peer consults, and access to ShiftGrit Academy

Can commit to 18 hours/week, including some evenings or weekends

What We’re Looking For

Master’s degree in Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Social Work or Psychotherapy
Registration (or eligibility) with CAP, ACSW or CCPA
Strong writing and communication skills
Tech capable (JaneApp, email, note-taking, etc.)
Based in Calgary or willing to relocate
Legally eligible to work in Canada
