We are currently seeking a motivated, relationship-focused Outside Sales Representative (Independent Contractor) to represent Modern Beauty and support professional beauty clients across the Kelowna area.

What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow an assigned, exclusive sales territory
- Build strong, long-term relationships with existing clients while identifying and securing new business
- Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations to drive sales and brand loyalty
- Prospect new clients through cold calling, referrals, and networking within the professional beauty industry
- Plan and manage your schedule to ensure consistent territory coverage and follow-up
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, call activity, and sales plans
- Stay current on industry trends, promotions, and product launches through training sessions, trade shows, and educational events
- Represent Modern Beauty with professionalism while addressing client questions, needs, and objections
- Act as a trusted partner by aligning client goals with Modern Beauty’s product offerings
What You Bring
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (outside sales strongly preferred)
- Beauty industry experience is an asset, but not required
- Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-first mindset
- Proven ability to drive results in both relationship-based and volume-driven sales environments
- High level of self-motivation, organization, and accountability
- Confidence, resilience, and persistence when overcoming objections
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Valid passport (occasional travel outside of Canada may be required)
Compensation & Structure
- Independent contractor role
- Possibility of guaranteed earnings during an initial onboarding period, followed by commission-based compensation (details discussed during the interview process)
