Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

We are seeking Production Assemblers to join a growing medical device manufacturer in Burnaby. In this role, you will assemble medical devices in both production and cleanroom environments, following detailed work instructions and quality standards. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, have strong attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Assemble medical devices and components according to written instructions and quality requirements.

Rotate through multiple assembly stations and become cross-trained across various processes.

Use small hand tools such as crimpers, screwdrivers, and tweezers.

Perform detailed assembly, inspection, labeling, packaging, and PCB-related tasks.

Follow production procedures and maintain quality standards.

Support cleanroom operations, including product inspection and packaging.

Use basic computer systems for documentation and production-related activities.

Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets.

Minimum 1 year of recent production or assembly experience.

Experience using small hand tools and working with detailed components.

Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.

Proficient English communication.
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and standing for the entire shift.

Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.

Basic computer skills.

Valid work authorization with at least 2 years remaining, if applicable.

This role is based in a fast-paced manufacturing facility and includes regular work in a controlled cleanroom environment. Candidates must comply with cleanroom requirements, including restrictions on cosmetics, fragrances, jewelry, and artificial nails. The position requires standing for the full shift and maintaining a strong focus on quality, safety, and productivity.
