At Co-operators we put our staff first and encourage a healthy work life balance. We start with 3 weeks of paid time off, and offer incentives for our staff through out the year, such as additional paid time off to be with their families around the holidays, and bonus structures designed around your role in the agency. Paid sick time and personal days are provided. We also have the ability to work remotely when those unexpected things happen, so we can continue to deliver the high levels of service our clients expect from us. Work weeks are Monday to Friday 9-5 with a paid one hour lunch break.

Our team is staffed with a group of professional, experienced, and focused individuals who work hard to deliver the highest levels of customer service. We are a very fast paced office who is looking for someone with efficient time management and drive to do the best job possible for our clients.

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team. You must be comfortable with cross selling and upselling and making the necessary connections to grow the business.

We want our staff to be able to advance their careers and offer in house training as well as pay for additional courses and designations for those who are interested.

We are looking for individuals who have:

High degree of professionalism and integrity

Works well within a team environment.

Must be able to pass the criminal and credit background checks required.

A general insurance license is an asset.

Knowledge of the agricultural industry is an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
