Job Overview

Weather Seal Windows is currently seeking a full-time Vinyl Window Assembler with experience in building SHAPES to join our growing team. This hands-on role is responsible for measuring, cutting, bending and assembling, high-quality Vinyl SHAPED window while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to quality standards. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, previous Shape manufacturing experience, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, and will work collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with their hands, take pride in craftsmanship, and are looking to build a rewarding career in window manufacturing.

What You’ll Do

Cut vinyl frames and bend shapes (Frames) in a custom oven to match templates
Cut vinyl brickmoulds and bend to match frame / shape.
Cut vinyl or wood jambs to match shape contour and fasten to frame.
Perform heat welding and other fabrication tasks to secure window components
Operate an oven used to heat vinyl parts for bending
Assemble window shapes frames, sashes, and components according to specifications
Operate manufacturing equipment, saws, cutting stations, and assembly tools and vinyl heating oven.
Read and follow production orders, drawings, and work instructions
Measure and verify product dimensions for accuracy
Inspect products for quality and workmanship throughout the production process
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
Assist with material handling and inventory movement as required

What You'll Bring

Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, construction, or fabrication experience with Shapes
Ability to read a tape measure accurately
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand and power tools and oven
Ability to work with a bending template machine
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
Reliable, dependable, and safety-focused
Ability to lift and move materials as required
