Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our home building team. The ideal candidate will assist with various hands-on tasks across multiple projects, supporting skilled trades and ensuring smooth operations on-site. This role offers an opportunity to develop a broad skill set in construction, masonry, woodworking, and related fields while contributing to diverse projects that require physical effort and attention to detail.

Duties

Perform cleanup, and site preparation activities to ensure safe and efficient work environments.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic equipment for tasks such as siding installation, roofing, flooring, tile laying, and cabinet installation.
Support carpentry and woodworking tasks including framing, assembly, and finishing work.
Lift heavy materials safely and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete assigned tasks on schedule.
Maintain a clean work area and ensure compliance with safety standards at all times.

Skills

Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in carpentry, woodworking, electrical work, plumbing, and general construction.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively in various weather conditions.
Knowledge of construction safety practices and ability to recognize potential hazards on-site.
Handyman experience or background in restoration work is a plus.
Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
Good communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately. This position is ideal for individuals eager to gain diverse construction experience while working in a dynamic environment that values safety, teamwork, and craftsmanship.

Pay: $17.20-$32.00 per hour
