Full job description

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Grader Operator/Truck Driver to join our team. This dual-role position requires proficiency in grading; oilfield lease maintenance in the Vermilion area . The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and a background in oilfield.

Responsibilities

Operate grader equipment to perform lease pad and road maintenance.
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment.
Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and team members.

Requirements

Proven experience operating grader equipment (including Caterpillar graders) and other heavy machinery such as excavators, loaders, backhoes, and bulldozers.
Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving abstract as well as the ability to operate dozers, excavators, loaders, backhoe an asset.
Strong understanding of safety procedures related to heavy machinery operation on oilfield sites.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift up to 50 pounds when necessary.
Experience with belly dumps, end dumps as well as truck and pup would be desired.
Pre employment Drug and Alcohol screening required.
