Trillium Animal Hospital is a new, locally owned small animal veterinary hospital opening in Duncan, BC. Our goal is to provide exceptional medical care while creating a welcoming, compassionate experience for every pet and every person who walks through our doors.
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Client Care Representative to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play an essential role in creating a positive experience from the moment they call or arrive at the clinic.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism.
- Answer a multi-line phone system and respond to emails and online inquiries.
- Schedule appointments efficiently while understanding the urgency of different medical concerns.
- Register new clients and patients and maintain accurate medical records.
- Process payments and balance daily transactions.
- Communicate clearly with veterinarians and support staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Prepare estimates, invoices, and medical records for appointments.
- Assist clients with prescription refill requests and food orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.
- Help support the team wherever needed to provide exceptional patient and client care.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a veterinary clinic is considered a strong asset.
- Experience in reception, medical office administration, or customer service.
- Familiarity with veterinary practice management software is an asset.
- Experience handling cash and electronic payments.
