Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction knowledge, and proficiency with industry-standard management software. This role involves coordinating teams, managing schedules, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining safety standards and fostering effective communication among stakeholders to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets using construction management software such as Primavera P6 and HeavyBid.
Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of project specifications.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate smooth project workflows.
Utilize tools like Bluebeam and Civil 3D for document management, design review, and site planning.
Oversee procurement processes including construction estimating and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress regularly, identify potential delays or issues, and implement corrective actions promptly.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout all phases of construction.
Manage project documentation, reports, and communication to keep stakeholders informed of progress.
Lead project meetings, assign tasks, and supervise team members to maintain productivity.
Apply effective time management strategies to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

Experience

Proven experience in construction management or related roles within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings.
Proficiency with construction management software such as Primavera P6, HeavyBid, ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D.
Experience in construction estimating and project budgeting processes.
Familiarity with civil engineering concepts and site planning tools is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent organizational skills coupled with effective communication abilities.
Prior experience in managing teams on large-scale construction projects is highly desirable.
