Responsibilities

Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment safely and efficiently
Support team members with site cleanup, organization, and maintaining a tidy work environment
Operate basic tools and machinery as trained, following all safety protocols
Prepare work areas by setting up supplies and ensuring all safety measures are in place
Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks accurately and on time
Report any safety hazards or equipment issues immediately to ensure a safe workplace for everyone
Contribute to team efforts by staying flexible and ready to take on various tasks as needed

Experience

Previous experience in general labour or construction is a plus but not required; training will be provided
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Strong attention to safety procedures and willingness to adhere to company policies
Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment
Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn new skills in a fast-moving setting
