KleoMaxim Property Group is looking for a reliable and hardworking Lawn Maintenance Technician to join our growing team in Barrie.

This position involves maintaining new residential subdivisions and ensuring each property is completed to a high standard.

Responsibilities:

Mow lawns using both push mowers and commercial lawn equipment
Edge sidewalks, curbs, and driveways using a string trimmer
Trim around trees, fences, signs, and other obstacles
Blow grass clippings and debris from sidewalks, driveways, and roads
Perform daily equipment checks and keep tools clean and organized
Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a professional appearance on site

Requirements:

Valid G-Class driver’s licence with reliable transportation to and from work
Ability to speak and understand English
Must provide a clean criminal record check
Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and performing repetitive physical work
Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Previous lawn care or landscaping experience is an asset, but training will be provided
